AntiGravity® Fitness is a suspension fitness technique that is turning the world upside down.  Created and conceived by Christopher Harrison, these classes add the element of fun to the inherent physical benefits of an inversion practice.  Participants will experience their bodies moving freely in all directions of open space, using the Harrison Hammock, and come away with renewed vigor and agility.  Kelly is certified to teach AntiGravity® Yoga Level 1 & 2, Fitness Level 1 & 2, and Restorative.  She is also a certified One Star instructor trainer for AntiGravity® Fundamentals.  Contact Kelly for private instruction.
